Ignacio D. Maramba

In partnership with Synergeia and the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Mr. Maramba (fondly called “Mang Atio”) and his family have been supporting his hometown, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan in working towards better reading skills for more than 3,500 Grades 1 and 2 students from 26 baranggays. Mr. Maramba was a Senior Partner of SGV and an officer of the International Finance Corporation.

Former Rep. Roman T. Romulo

Former Rep. Roman T. Romulo is well-known for his dedication to public service. Even before he was elected in 2007 as Representative of the Lone District of Pasig, he was already involved in various community projects in education, health, youth and sports, livelihood assistance, barangay development and land ownership. A lawyer by profession, Rep. Romulo has distinguished himself as a defender of human rights and advocate of the law. As a member of the 14th Congress, he serves as Vice-Chairman for both the Committee on National Defense and the Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs.

Cong. Romulo led the “Education Governance Program” in Pasig City.

Victor O. Ramos

He served as Secretary for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) under the Ramos administration and is currently serving as a trustee of the Ramos Peace and Development (RPDev) Foundation.

In 2007, Sec. Victor Ramos, Synergeia Foundation and the Municipal Government of Natividad entered into a partnership to enable about 1,500 Grades 1 and 2 students in 18 elementary schools in Natividad, *Pangasinan to improve their reading competencies

Sen. Sergio Osmeña is currently the chairman of the Committees on Banks, Financial Institutions and Currencies and the Committee on Energy of the Philippine Senate.

His legislative efforts are focused on economic growth and reducing poverty.

Mr. SyCip is a hands-on Trustee and travels as far as Muslim Mindanao to convene mayors and their teams in formulating programs that will pull Filipinos out of poverty through education.
