KSearch brings Museo Pambata to schoolchildren

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. celebrated its 13th anniversary by giving the gift of learning through stories to primary grade students of Rafael V. Palma Elementary School in Manila. KSearch brought Museo Pambata’s well-loved shadow storytelling and arts and crafts workshops to RPalma ES last October 20, 2012, with about 150 pupils from Grades One to Three participating in the activity. It was the first time for the children to experience Museo’s storytelling through shadow play, which uses colorful light and shadow puppets to bring objects and characters of the story to life.

The kids also enjoyed doing their frog puppet and fish crafts projects. More than 20 KSearch employees helped out the kids and their teachers in the crafts workshop. As an added treat, the KSearch team, led by its President and Managing Director, Mr. Manuel Guillermo, hosted a virtual party complete with games, lootbags, and party fare for the participants. RPalma ES Principal, Dr. Priscila Pradas, noted that October, being National Children’s Month, brought more meaning to the event as it honored their school children. The activity was conducted in partnership with Synergeia Foundation, Inc.
