Like the rest of the world, Synergeia Foundation took time out from working on education governance to make way for the holiday festivities. Like the rest of the world, we love catching up with friends and family during the Christmas and New Year's break. We love eating, teasing, and roasting friends during Christmas parties, dancing, singing, and just having fun!
In the midst of the Christmas rush, we pooled our own personal funds to visit children in Calumpang Elementary School and tried our best to give a little oomph to their Christmas season. But instead of us giving them happiness, we were the ones who went away feeling full of love and filled with the Christmas spirit. Thank you children! Our wish for all Filipino children from Batanes to Tawi-Tawi a 2011 filled with all their hearts' good desires--hopefully with better education among them.
